Relational Therapy
Collaboration is at the very heart of this approach. Clients and therapists navigate therapeutic conversations together. Deciding which directions to pursue and having room to make changes. Especially here, your voice matters.
Our lives are full of interactions and connections that impact our experiences and how we see the world. Therapists working from this lens consider these relationships when helping you to navigate your experiences. Focusing on process and meaning making over blame.
Utilizing relational thinking in therapy allows for the building of new perspectives and understandings. Which lead to the untangling of even complex challenges. Creating room for positive outcomes at the individual, couple, and family levels.

As a therapist I believe first in creating a space where clients can feel able to speak freely and explore the topics, they believe to be most important. I work from the perspective that my clients are experts in their own lives, which allows me to set aside judgement and instead seek to understand. I believe each of my clients comes with their own strengths, tools, and abilities. Together I want to create space for conversations that are meaningful to you, making room for the change you seek along the way. Each person’s journey through counseling is different. I want to get to know what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to get out of our time together.
